Chupke Chupke certainly figures in my favorite comedy movies list. Another movie which I like is Jaane Bhi Do Yaaro. The latter movie does have some amount of vulgarity and certain characters are shown in a negative sense (corrupt). But, Chupke Chupke doesn't have even a single character with negative shades. It just celebrates the goodness of human beings. It makes fun of people, but still respects them.
